Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, water heaters)
- Perform diagnostic inspections and troubleshooting
- Assist in pipefitting and drainage system maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and building codes
- Complete work orders with digital reporting tools
- Participate in hands-on apprenticeship training
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to attend paid technical training (4 weeks)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Basic tool knowledge (hand tools, power tools)
- Ohio residency preferred
