Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain clearing
- Follow safety protocols and building codes strictly
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting with guidance
- Support emergency calls and weekend on-call rotations
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool care
- Complete daily progress reports for lead plumbers
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – full training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing certification within 6 months
