Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Inspect pipes and identify leaks, clogs, or other plumbing issues using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as drain cleaning and pipe fitting, to ensure system efficiency.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and proposed solutions.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and obtain necessary trade certifications (we assist with training).
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and cutting materials.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
