Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems under mentorship
- Assist with fixture replacements, water heater maintenance, and pipe repairs
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer line inspections using professional tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Document work progress and maintain inventory of materials
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train all new hires
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 12 months
- Basic hand tool knowledge or mechanical aptitude
