Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations under supervision (faucets, toilets, water heaters)
- Assist in drain cleaning, pipe repairs, and fixture replacements
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols
- Document work progress and inventory usage
- Participate in weekly skills development sessions
- Support emergency plumbing calls during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Philadelphia
- Basic math and measurement skills
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
