Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare construction sites through excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for trenching, scaffolding, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and secure tools/equipment
- Operate machinery including jackhammers, saws, and power tools
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or related experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
