Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform excavation, grading, and concrete finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications precisely
- Assist with equipment operation and basic preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
