Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts (certification provided)
- Install/repair construction materials (concrete, steel, drywall, plumbing fixtures)
- Maintain clean/safe job sites with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial/construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math/measuring skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screen/background check
- PA driver's license preferred
