Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including material handling, site preparation, and demolition
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow construction plans and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled trades with material installation and finishing work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in daily team briefings and project meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements
- Must possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
