Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience operating construction equipment (forklift, bobcat, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (Phoenix heat, Texas humidity)
