Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools including jackhammers, saws, and drills safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and structural tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow instructions from site supervisors
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout San Antonio
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pre-employment drug screening mandatory
