Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Install structural components, framing, and finishing materials
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean MVR
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong teamwork ethic and time management abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
