Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and tool management
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
