Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Complete material handling and inventory management tasks
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations
- Assist with framing, roofing, and finishing work as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction blueprints and technical documents
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
