Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Install and maintain scaffolding and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and project safety standards
- Collaborate with tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with power tools and hand instruments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work outdoors
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across PA
- Pass background check and drug screening
