Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with installation and assembly tasks
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, dollies, and forklifts (certified)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material estimation
