Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform site preparation and post-construction cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class A or B commercial driver's license preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
