Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Install and finish structural elements including concrete, steel, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex commercial projects
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Competent operation of power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for extended outdoor work in Texas conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
