Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations
- Install and finish concrete structures and foundations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Maintain project cleanliness and waste management systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Class A CDL or heavy machinery operation license preferred
- Knowledge of Seattle building codes and permitting processes
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites across King County
