Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installationMaintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform concrete finishing, framing, and structural support work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Class B CDL license preferred (training provided)
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material estimation and measurement
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tucson metro
