Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthwork operations
- Install and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Perform concrete finishing, framing, and finishing carpentry tasks
- Adhere to strict safety standards and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification and heavy equipment licenses
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency in power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Class B CDL preferred (not required)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus
