Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with OSHA compliance
- Install/finish structural components including drywall, roofing, and insulation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and carpenters on integrated systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verified construction labor experience in commercial/residential projects
- OSHA 10/30 certification and valid California driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery (CPC/Certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in extreme weather, and stand 8+ hours daily
- Background in blueprint reading and material estimation
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams
