Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with project-specific tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Complete daily timesheets accurately for weekly payroll processing
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Team player with punctual attendance
- Must be authorized to work in the US
