Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Complete detailed work documentation and safety reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
