Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment per NEC standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members on complex projects
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin electrician license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and electrical codes
- Ability to work independently and in diverse environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
