Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Perform safety inspections and implement OSHA-compliant practices
- Manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska Electrician Journeyman license required
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
