Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC, OSHA, and California state regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines, material orders, and client communications
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed
- Complete detailed documentation and inspections for compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman or Master license required
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Strong understanding of NEC codes and California Title 24 requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
