Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Lead crew projects and mentor junior electricians
- Coordinate with contractors and clients
- Document work activities and maintain job site safety
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience required
- Valid Virginia electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read technical schematics
- Commercial/residential project experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces
