Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety education
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of electrical trade experience
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
