Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of licensed electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman certification required
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and California electrical codes
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and installation techniques
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
