Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues with minimal downtime
- Coordinate with project teams for seamless night shift operations
- Perform preventative maintenance on transformers, switchgear, and control systems
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and system status
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman certification
- OSHA 30-hour Construction certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending, motor controls, and power distribution
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong troubleshooting skills for 480V+ systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
