Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Virginia state electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams and mentor junior electricians
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Manage inventory and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrician experience
- Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician certification
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with automation and smart home systems preferred
