Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise execution
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Comply with all NEC codes and safety protocols during installations
- Lead weekend shift teams and mentor junior electricians
- Coordinate with project managers to meet weekend deadlines
- Document all work performed and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Arizona Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics
- Proven expertise with troubleshooting high-voltage systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces
