Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (MA Journeyman/Master preferred)
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician license and OSHA certification
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Reliable transportation and tools
