Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform system inspections, diagnostics, and repairs with precision
- Manage inventory, order materials, and maintain equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure project timelines
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana electrician license (journeyman or master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel across Louisiana
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
