Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Mentor junior plumbers during on-site operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience in NYC metro area
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise with water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Emergency response experience highly valued
