Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and plumbing schematics
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations strictly
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials efficiently
- Collaborate with electricians and HVAC professionals on complex projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience required
- Valid DC plumbing license and Journeyman certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
- Emergency on-call availability (rotating schedule)
