Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate system implementation
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during after-hours on rotation
- Estimate project costs and maintain detailed service records
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
