Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose system failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless project delivery
- Manage inventory and ordering of plumbing materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (PLUMBER or JOURNEYMAN)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
