Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry standards
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning services
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes (IPC, UPC, CA Title 24)
- Provide accurate estimates and detailed service reports
- Manage inventory and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with project managers for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
