Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with Texas state plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Inspect plumbing systems and recommend preventive maintenance solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver timely service
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of plumbing materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in confined spaces
