Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with Michigan plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services 24/7 rotation
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials
- Train apprentices on best practices
- Document service reports and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- Michigan state plumbing license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Knowledge of backflow prevention systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
