Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and digital blueprints
- Coordinate with construction teams for new installations and renovations
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for job sites
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
- Mentor junior plumbers and participate in continuous training
Qualifications
- Texas State Plumbing License (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and digital plans
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
