Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls within 2-hour service windows
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced leak detection technology
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicle equipment
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for completed work
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license required
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts driver's clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with tankless water heaters and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
