Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repair, water heater installation, and fixture replacements
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professional conduct
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and emergency calls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and schematics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
