Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency service calls with rapid response times (24/7 availability)
- Ensure all work complies with local Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory of plumbing materials and equipment
- Maintain detailed service reports and client communication records
- Mentor junior plumbers and assist in training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expert knowledge of pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic abilities with water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays for emergency calls
