Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Perform pipefitting, fixture replacements, and water heater installations
- Ensure strict adherence to DC/VA plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency service response during after-hours and weekends
- Prepare detailed work estimates and service reports
- Maintain company vehicles and tools in optimal condition
- Train junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Active DC or Virginia plumbing license (Master/Journeyman)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in backflow prevention and pipe rehabilitation
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
- Proficiency with trenchless technology preferred
