Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform emergency plumbing services for burst pipes, leaks, and drainage issues
- Install new plumbing systems following blueprints and building codes
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections for preventive care
- Estimate project costs and provide transparent quotes to clients
- Maintain clean, safe work sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members on complex multi-trade projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience with valid California state license
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, water conservation practices, and green technologies
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Customer-focused communication and professional appearance
- Drug-free certification and clean background check required
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting preferred
