Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing components and fixtures per building codes
- Perform emergency leak repairs and burst pipe mitigation
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and preventive care
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed service reports
- Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and tools
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
