Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform hydrostatic testing, pipe fitting, and fixture installations
- Manage service calls, prioritize urgent repairs, and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale plumbing projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid California Plumber's License (C-36) required
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and water heater installations
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
